Welcome to QuranScreen (the "App"), provided by us ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using QuranScreen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Purpose:QuranScreen helps you manage screen time by blocking apps and unlocking them with Quranic verses.

Eligibility:You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

License:We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

• Use the App lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App.

3. Account and Payments

Accounts:Optional account creation is available for premium features. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

Payments:Premium features (e.g., subscriptions, one-time purchases) are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store). All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, Quranic content, and code, is owned by us or our licensors.
• Quranic verses are sourced from public domain or licensed translations—your use is for personal reflection only.

5. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason, without notice.
• Uninstalling the App ends your use but does not delete account data unless requested.

6. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
• QuranScreen is a tool for focus, not a religious authority—consult scholars for spiritual guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost data, emotional distress) from using the App, to the extent permitted by law.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Check the App or our website for the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Refund Policy

Subscriptions:

Monthly: You may cancel anytime via your app store account. Refunds are not provided for partial months unless required by law or app store policy (e.g., within 48 hours of purchase via Google Play).
Yearly: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at support@quranscreen.com. After 7 days, refunds are not available unless required by law.

Lifetime Purchase:

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the App has not been used extensively (e.g., fewer than 10 unlocks). Contact us at support@quranscreen.com to request.

Processing & Exceptions:

Processing: Refunds, if approved, are handled through the original payment platform (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) and may take 5-10 business days.
Exceptions: We may offer refunds beyond this policy at our discretion (e.g., technical issues) or as required by applicable consumer laws.
